Give Joy Again and Again with Ravensburger Games #Review

Ravensburger is a company that was founded in 1883 and has changed and grown into the company that we love today.  From puzzles to games and even crafts, Ravensburger has a little bit of something for everyone.

Buggaloop is an amazingly fun game that I received from Ravensburger to try out with my kids.  The suggested age is 6+, but I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m a 30-something year old who had an absolute blast playing.  There’s a HEXBUG in the yard and it’s coming after you!  Players will take turns rolling the die and moving their bugs peacefully across the yard, until the HEXBUG emerges from the tunnel and tries to bump them off.  Stay standing and continue down your path – get bumped and you’ll have to start from the beginning again! The first player to transport all of their bugs to safety wins this surprising buggy scramble.

The climbing action of the HEXBUG is super fun to watch, but once he comes up from those tubes a sense of panic sets in as you scramble to roll the die and move your bugs to safety.  After the HEXBUG has done his damage and he retreats back underneath the board there’s a sense of calm…until you see that cute little bug emerge again.  This game has been so much fun for the whole family from my 5 year old daughter to my almost 40 year old husband!

This holiday season give a gift that will bring joy again and again with Ravensburger.
