Sometimes, children’s toys can be so boring. B. Toys wants to be a voice to children that says it’s okay to be curious, to be pensive, to be loud, to be happy and sad all at the same time, to be generous, to be afraid, to be quiet, to be wild, to be fun, to be open, to be scientific, to be poetic, to be giddy, to be serious, to be smart, to be free, to be you. Not all of the colors perfectly complement each other, and not all of the designs match up with mathematical precision…who cares?! These toys teach children that you don’t need to achieve perfection to have fun and still be great.
The B. Toys B. Teepee was the perfect pick for my daughter. She has glow in the dark stars on the ceiling of her room and loves anything that helps her feel like she’s outside looking at the stars. This B. Teepee has a projector inside that projects colorful stars and even a crescent moon!
It comes in 11 pieces that are easy to assemble. As a parent who has to assemble A LOT of things, I can really appreciate how these corner pieces are attached to the teepee itself. No losing small pieces = one happy mom!
The B. Teepee pops up easily in just a few minutes, and is actually bigger assembled than I anticipated it to be. (Sorry about the rosey hue, my daughter has bright pink curtains that illuminate her room pink.)
Jade could not wait to crawl inside! She started bringing in some of her favorite dolls to play and have fun.
It’s quite difficult to capture in a picture just how cool this projector is. It fills up the whole teepee with stars, moons, swirls and awesome patterns that make you feel as if you’re outside enjoying an evening underneath the stars.
I should’ve seen this one coming…she insisted she slept in there and got to camp out in her room. It was easy to add some bedding to and make a comfy little place for her to rest. The B. Teepee has helped inspire Jade’s creativity and helps her express herself. What more could you ask for?
