Week 14 On Nutrisystem…Measuring Success In Non-Scale Victories #NSNation #Ad

Week 14 following the Nutrisystem plan is here and I’m feeling FABULOUS!!  I have lost another 2 lbs this week for a total of 22 lbs!  If you ask me, I think that’s pretty freakin’ incredible.  I didn’t expect to lose this much at this point on my journey so I am incredibly pleased with the results that myself and my family and friends are noticing.

A great way to measure success are non-scale victories (NSV).  Something as simple as fitting into a pair of pants that were too tight a month ago or making healthier choices than you would’ve before can show huge amounts of stride for those of us who struggle.

This week a HUGE NSV for me was when I got dressed to go to the grocery store.  I had a pair of ‘skinny jeans’ that I had been dying to wear.  I put them on to see how they fit and to my surprise they fit fantastically well.  What felt even better was when I was walking around the store and had to keep tugging my pants upwards because they were slightly BIG!  WHAT?!?! I would’ve never expected that but as you can imagine I was so incredibly surprised…in a good way.  I can’t wait to see what else I can accomplish with Nutrisystem by my side, and I hope you all continue to follow my journey.

Be sure to follow Nutrisystem on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest for lots of great tips and tricks that are useful for everyone, whether you’re currently on Nutrisystem or not.
